SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping with the purchase of R400 worth of product and more, within South Africa. Shipping for orders below the threshold amount will be calculated at checkout, but you will be under no obligation until you accept the total charge and finalise the transaction.
Your order will be shipped via courier within 24 hours of receipt, allow 1-3 days delivery time depending on your area, bearing in mind the origin is in Durban. On that note, you may opt for collection if you are in Durban and we will contact you directly to arrange.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your product is defective in any way, we will gladly accept a return and refund your purchase. However, if you're having second thoughts and wish to return or exchange an item, we regrettably need to charge you for the return shipping of the original order. Once again, you may opt for a drop off or exchange if you are in Durban at no extra charge.
